Scope
These terms apply to the photography, video, drone, virtual tour, floor plan and home staging services offered by VIDSOL SRL, Piazza Quattro Novembre, 4, 20124 Milano, VAT no. IT12315900964.
Quotes and bookings
Every request receives a custom quote. A booking is confirmed only after you accept the quote. Shoots can be requested from 3 days after the date of the request.
Drone footage
Before confirming aerial footage we check the airspace at the location. If flying is not allowed or needs permits, we tell you and agree an alternative.
Delivery
Files are delivered within 24 hours of the shoot, Sundays excluded, unless agreed otherwise in the quote.
