Data we collect

Through our forms: name, company, email, phone, service details, date, location and message. For job applications: first name, surname, email, phone, area of work, equipment (camera, lens, tripod, drone, 360° camera), specialisations, driving licence, drone pilot certificate and portfolio link. With each form we record the address of the page it was sent from.

While you browse, the servers hosting the site record technical data (IP address, browser, pages requested) needed for the site to work and stay secure. Analytics data is collected only with your consent.

Purpose and legal basis

We use form data to reply to requests, prepare quotes and evaluate applications (pre-contractual measures, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We protect the forms from spam with Cloudflare Turnstile (legitimate interest in the security of the site, Art. 6(1)(f)). Google Analytics 4 statistics are active only if you accept them (consent, Art. 6(1)(a)), and you can withdraw consent at any time.

The fields marked * are needed to reply to your request. Without them we cannot send you a quote or evaluate your application.

Recipients and service providers

Requests are sent by email to info@vid-sol.com through Resend (an email delivery service) and read by authorised VIDSOL staff. The site is hosted by Vercel; the form function runs in the European Union (Frankfurt). Spam protection is provided by Cloudflare. With your consent, statistics are processed by Google. These providers act as data processors and some are based in the United States: transfers take place under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

Retention

Requests are sent by email to info@vid-sol.com and are not stored on the website server. Retention period of emails:. Applications are kept while the collaboration is active or until you ask us to delete them.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, ask for data portability, object to processing and withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@vid-sol.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it).
